Four military personnel working at the Kandakadu Rehabilitation Center have been arrested on suspicion of the death of an inmate.
Welikanda Police stated that yesterday (01) four army and air force officers were arrested.
Some bamboo leaves and electric wires suspected to have brutally beaten the detainees by these officers have also been taken into custody by the police.
