FREEDOM FOR JOHNSTON

Minister Johnston Fernando has been acquitted in three cases filed against Sathosa employees for using him in politics.
During the tenure of Minister Johnston Fernando as the Minister of Trade, the Bribery Commission had filed three cases against Johnston Fernando and three other accused, alleging that the government had incurred a loss of nearly Rs.
The order was issued when the case was taken up before Colombo Chief Magistrate Buddhika C. Ragala today (28).
