GROWTH OF OMICHRON INFECTIONS

Health officials say there is an increase in the number of omiciron infections in the country.
Specialist Dr. Malkanthi Galhena stated that the total number of omicchron infections reported in the country has increased to 48.
The number of Omichiron infections has increased in the last two weeks and the highest number of Omichiron infections have been reported from Colombo and Gampaha districts.
She further points out that omichronone infections have also been reported from the Anuradhapura district.
