IS THERE A POWER OUTAGE OR NOT?

The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) says that a review will be held today (31) on whether there will be a power cut.
Its chairman Janaka Ratnayake said that the current situation will be discussed this afternoon and a definite statement will be made as to whether there will be a power cut or not.
Earlier, the Public Utilities Commission had announced that there would be no power cuts from the 27th to the present day due to daily power generation activities.
However, it is reported that the fuel required for power generation is currently being supplied to power plants.
