King Charles III addressed the nation for the first time.
It was at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London and it is reported that senior politicians and more than 2,000 people have also participated in the event.
On that occasion, the national anthem of England, changed to “God Save the King”, was played for the first time.
In it, King Charles has stated that the British people and the people of the Commonwealth of Nations are saddened by the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth.
King Charles further stated that he always tries to do things in a way that does not harm the expectations of his mother, Queen Elizabeth, and is thankful for the affection and love shown to him, his family members and the people of the country.
Also, King Charles III has announced in his address to the people that his son William will be declared the Prince of Wales and his wife Catherine the Princess of Wales.
