A landslide has occurred near the 16th km post on the Ella – Passara road.
It is reported that the Road Development Authority has decided to temporarily close the road due to this.
The Road Development Authority stated that the road will be reopened after an inspection by the National Building Research Organization due to rocks and soil falling on the road due to the landslide.
