Due to the shortage of essential commodities including fuel and gas in Sri Lanka and the severe inconvenience caused to the people due to power cuts, a protest is being held near the the official residence of the President.
However , the protest is being held by the people of the area and it is a special feature that this campaign is being held together as citizens and not as representing.
