Morocco boat capsizes, 43 killed

At least 43 people have been killed after a boat carrying migrants capsized off the coast of southern Morocco.
Among the dead were children, according to foreign media reports.
Ten people aboard the vessel are said to have survived.
Foreign media reported that about 4,000 migrants had died in accidents in the area last year alone.
