Neela Neela policeman shot dead in Horana

The suspect Horana Neelaka is involved in a number of crimes including murders.
The suspect Neelaka had abducted his child by firing into the air with a T-56 assault rifle in front of the house.
About a week ago, he cut his wife’s limbs with sharp weapons and caused serious injuries.
His child has been in the custody of his mother-in-law since the incident and is due to be placed on probation tomorrow (18).
