Nissan, one of the world’s leading car makers, is all set to launch a new venture.
Accordingly, they expect to invest $ 17.59 billion in the production of electric cars over the next five years, they said in a statement today (29).
The company says that different countries have suggested different measures to control carbon dioxide emissions and that there may be more demand for “electric and hybrid” vehicles in the future.
Their plan is to introduce 23 types of electric cars by 2030, and by 2020, electric car registrations will have grown by 41%.
Nissan is also the third largest company in Japan.
