NO POWER CUTS UNTIL THE 14TH

Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission Janaka Ratnayake has stated that there will be no power cuts until the 14th.
He further stated that the power cuts will not be carried out as there is sufficient power generation to meet the demand.
However, he urged the people to use electricity sparingly.
