Oil refinery reopening signs

Petroleum Minister Mr. Kanchana Wijesekera said that with the start of continuous supply of crude oil, it is expected to resume the work of the Sapugaskanda Fuel Refinery Complex from this week.
Petroleum Minister Kanchana Wijesekera said in a tweet that he had discussed this with the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation officials this morning (17).
It has been further stated in the tweet that plans to import crude oil during the period from September to December were also discussed in the relevant committee.
