Oil refinery restarts.

Mr. Kanchana Wijesekera, Minister of Energy, mentioned that the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery is currently ready to operate at full capacity for 40 days.
The Minister of Energy states that 100,000 metric tons of crude oil required for that is currently being unloaded, and another 120,000 metric tons will arrive next week.
Meanwhile, the Minister further stated that a stock of aircraft fuel is also scheduled to be landed tonight (20).
