OMICRON INFECTIONS ON THE RISE

Another 75 people have been diagnosed with the Omichron Kovid strain.
This was stated by Dr. Chandima Jeewanthara, Director, Institute of Allergy, Immunology and Cell Biology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
On the 15th, 160 people were diagnosed with Omichronone, bringing the total number of Omichronone infections detected in the country to 283.
