Airport immigration officials have reportedly decided to withdraw from Silk Route clearance duties.
Due to the crisis faced by the people of the country, the immigration officials have decided to withdraw from these services that facilitate special guests and dignitaries traveling through the Katunayake International Airport.
Accordingly, the Sri Lankan Immigration and Emigration Officers Association announced that the relevant officials will withdraw from all Silk Route clearance activities from 12 am today.
