The Colombo High Court has ordered the Colombo Chief Judicial Medical Officer to submit a full medical report on the health condition of former Minister and Member of Parliament Patali Champika Ranawaka.
The order was issued by Colombo High Court Judge Damith Thotawatte today (11) when the case against Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka and three others was taken up in connection with the fabrication of evidence and concealment of evidence in connection with the accident in Rajagiriya today (11).
However, the accused Patali Champika Ranawaka did not appear before the court when the case was taken up today.
