Three persons have been arrested in the Waripathanchenai area in Ampara for trying to sell 10 pearls illegally.
The suspects were arrested yesterday (21) on a tip off received by the Kalmunai Police Special Task Force.
The STF stated that the suspects had tried to sell the pearls for Rs. 10 million.
