Poojitha Jayasundara also acquitted and released

Former IGP Poojitha Jayasundara has been acquitted of all charges against him by a three-judge bench of the Colombo High Court today (18).
The charges against him include criminal misconduct for failing to take action to prevent a terrorist attack on Easter Sunday, despite receiving intelligence.
The ink was given today (18) by a three-judge bench comprising Namal Balalle, Aditya Patabendige and Mohamed Irshadin.
