President to Britain to pay his last respects to the Queen.

President Ranil Wickramasinghe has left the island for Britain.
He has left for Britain to attend the funeral of the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The funeral ceremony of Queen Elizabeth II is to be held on the 19th and after attending it, President Ranil Wickramasinghe is scheduled to return to the island on the 20th.
