Rain in several areas today

The Department of Meteorology stated that in Central, Uva, Eastern and North Central Provinces today (19) in the evening or at night there may be scattered rains or thunderstorms.
The announcement also states that there is a possibility of several rainy seasons in Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and Galle and Matara districts.
In the meantime, the department also requests the people to take necessary measures to minimize the dangers that may occur due to lightning and temporary strong winds that may occur with thunderstorms.
