Russian President Vladimir Selensky has said that 137 Ukrainians have been killed in attacks by Russian forces. Troops as well as civilians were reported among the dead. Meanwhile, the President of the country has further stated that 316 Ukrainian soldiers have been injured in the attacks so far.
