The selling price of the US dollar has risen to 295 rupees according to the Sri Lankan daily exchange rate.
Accordingly, some of the leading commercial banks in the country have stated on their websites that the selling price of a dollar has risen to 295 rupees.
The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) has decided to keep the rupee higher against the dollar and as a result the dollar rose to 290 against the dollar yesterday (23).
