SRI LANKA’S NEW PRIME MINISTER SWORN IN.

Former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has been sworn in as the 26th Prime Minister of Sri Lanka to take up the task of rebuilding Sri Lankans suffering from severe economic and social problems.
He was sworn in before President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa at around 6.30 pm today (12) and promised to work hard to move Sri Lanka forward with a majority in Parliament.
