Ukrainian president says he has not fled the capital

Ukrainian President Vladimir Selensky has said he has not fled the Ukrainian capital, Kiev.
Foreign media reports that the President of Ukraine has released a video stating that he will remain in Kiev.
The video has been released on social media stating that the Prime Minister, the Presidential Adviser and the Head of the Presidential Secretariat are staying with them.
President Vladimir Selensky said in the video that he would remain in the capital with his people.
