The grandmother was taken to the hospital in a 1992 ambulance. At the same time I saw people in a nearby house picking flowers and preparing sick soil for the Buddha. But not looking at this helpless woman shows the brutality of our own people in this country. If she had not been hospitalized, she would probably have died in the morning. If he had died like that, the people of this village would have felt great remorse.
The sad fact is that no one in the hot area gave this grandmother even a drop of water, even though it took about two hours. On the other hand, no one in the village even took the helpless woman to the hospital. Only that unnamed gentleman and woman stayed with this woman until the end. We should be shocked that these people, even though they do not know that they are getting old, do not know that this is the fate that will befall them. I am ashamed to mention this village as it is in the district where I was born. So I will not mention the village. However, you can understand from this story that Sri Lanka is still barbaric.
