The Department of Examinations states that all the facilities required to sit for the Kovid Infected Grade 5 Scholarship Examination have been provided.
It is further stated that 108 centers have been set up at the island level for such candidates at the education zone level and it is possible for them to come to those examination centers with their parents and sit for the examination.
Accordingly, the scholarship examination is scheduled to be held on January 22.
The Commissioner of Examinations (Administration and Investigation) Amit Jayasundara has stated that 340,508 candidates will appear for the scholarship examination at 2943 examination centers this year.
