An Air Force soldier prepared a social report in June 2020 when the Covid epidemic broke out in Sri Lanka and handed it over in writing to former Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sumangala Dias and former Director of Logistics, Air Vice Marshal Priyantha Weerasinghe, but it has not been forwarded to the current President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa. That is reported.

The two Air Force Leaders we have mentioned are so incompetent that even the Air Force personnel and officers did not even receive uniforms at that time. Also, as a director of Logistics, he has looked down on his subordinates and harassed them.
Priyantha Weerasinghe, who was also the Director of Logistics, distorted the tender process of the entire Air Force and set out the wrong guidelines for violating the Procurement Guidelines. We must not forget that both of them have done a significant service to the country during the Eelam War. Mr. Weerasinghe has done great challenging things as a pilot only in his youth, but no real service to the Air Force for the next two decades is recorded.
Mr. Sumangala Dias also did his best during the Eelam War, but above all we have received his frauds, corruption and irregularities.
