The Trincomalee Chief Prelates say that the President, the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Opposition and all party leaders are responsible for the difficulties faced by the people and the current crisis.
The appointment of a new cabinet is not the solution to the problem and action should be taken to remove the 20th Amendment and incorporate the positive features of the 19th Amendment, he said.
