This article was published by Tikiri Subhashani, Chief Executive of the Global Forum for Investigating Political and Economic Crimes in Sri Lanka and Leader of the Sri Lanka United Women’s Party. She is a lawyer who has done a lot of special work for Sri Lanka from a foreign country. The following is her writing as we write about the unpleasant work of the pleasant.
“I do not know where to start or where to end. Prasanna said he turned many things to his advantage. He also said that such a person was responsible for setting fire to his house and that both the temple and the church were responsible for the violence. Despite his mournful cries, the story of Rowe’s spies and their Sri Lankan agent in arson is true, but I’m responsible for the violence against the temple and the church to the political fathers who maintained the family tree in this country, including the fathers of Prasanna La.
The social outcome of families who have made it a profession to rule the country out of poverty and steal state property is to feed poor children. It has become a common feature of children who have no understanding of Sasara and Buddha philosophy to memorize stanzas and Dhammas, to learn Bana, to learn Pirith, and to become Dr. and Prof. Pattam. Up to the monks and Gnanasara in the universities, and even to the Medagoda sanctuary where the Seven Books were banned, show the arias of lost normal life. With the banning of the Seven Books, the sexual arias of the Middle East were so powerful that they removed from society the notion that sexual satisfaction for a layman was a biological necessity. Free-thinking people in Medagoda can look on with disdain, even if they have families.
However, according to Prasanna La, the monks are a problem for the society. It was the Prasannas who created the problem and nurtured it with political support. It was Prasannala who misled the people by sending the Sangha Brigade to give a voice cut even to the fertilizer issue. Today the food crisis has arrived. Those monks don’t even come out. If the houses of the monks were set on fire .. what they had sown was reaped for a long time and immediately. They have the responsibility to involve the Sasana in politics and to distort the society towards many Arias who sew six or four incomprehensible children.
I look at a protest by the Anthare Bhikku Front. I saw in it a group of helpless young men full of misery, youth and violence hidden in a yellow cloth, oppressed. The barbarism of today’s society is the best example of the fact that incompatible clergy are even more dangerous than unpolitical politics. All of these organizations portrayed society as a mirror.
Prasanna, on the other hand, blamed the church. Prasanna knows that the church was at a loss until 21.04.2019. Nandasena, who came to power after Easter’s death, and Sirisena, who was present at the time of the incident, have set up a commission, concealed the reports, carried out a genocide and are bailed out freely. The church was mad at that. The church is organized. Part of the church bailed out the media and tried to cover up the Easter attack internationally. The Church, through Malcolm Ranjith, brought politics to the forefront. Through Malcolm Ranjith, the Church’s attempt to bury it in the international arena has not yet succeeded. But the temple, like the temple, is Mahinda Rajapaksa’s political project, so public money should not be wasted on Prasanna’s whining.
Prasanna blamed the lawyers. Pleaders, not strugglers, have to deal with lawyers many times in their lives. He went to extort, to kill, to beat. The aim of the strugglers was to create a better country, food for the hungry, education for the child, not extortion and building houses like palaces. The risks of controlling poverty above all else must now be understood by the prosperous. In a country with 42% of the population living in perpetual poverty without even basic necessities, it is not possible to get rich by extorting money and taking commissions. People also need to understand that they are in danger when they get up.
What did the Prasannas do with the thugs in their house the day before the Rambukkana murder? Prarasanna tries to say that it is an attack on the rule of law for lawyers to represent the protesters when the police are silent, allowing the perpetrators to take the law into their own hands, despite a suspended sentence in an extortion case the previous day. Prasanna tries to say that it is an attack on the rule of law when lawyers stand up with the people against Prasanna Lata and that there is a moral conflict between lawyers appearing in line and being acquitted of criminal cases. That is not the case.
From all this there is something that the Rajapaksas, Wickremesinghe, Ranatungas and all other politicians do not understand. It is very important to pay compensation for that contribution. Otherwise many more things will happen according to the criminal accounts of the prasannas.
