The third round of talks between the representatives of Ukraine and Russia will begin today at 14:00 GMT, a Kiev negotiator said.
During the second round of talks last Thursday, the two sides agreed on a temporary plan to create a humanitarian corridor for the evacuation of civilians.

About 2,000 civilians have been evacuated from the city of Irfin, near Kiev, according to local police. But some reports say more than 4,500 have been arrested and detained. Some protesters can be seen brutally beating Russian police officers.
