Four suspects who attacked and destroyed a bus have been arrested.
In the violent atmosphere in the country on May 9th, we saw several buses being beaten, set on fire and destroyed.
Police investigations have been started regarding the vandalism and destruction of a bus in Kaduwela area.
According to relevant investigations, four suspects involved in the related incident were arrested by the Kaduwela police officers yesterday (29) afternoon in the Kaduwela area.
The police have also stated that the arrested suspects are residents of Kaduwela area aged 19, 20, 29 and 40.
The concerned suspects are to be presented to the Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court today (30) and the Kaduwela Police is conducting further investigations in this regard.

All of us should remember what happened on May 09 from the beginning to the end. Because it was the ruling class that attacked the youth who were engaged in a peaceful protest and made all the people of the country violent for them.
