10 proposals from Gammanpila for fuel management in Gomman country.

PJU leader Udaya Gammanpila states that the PJU has prepared a proposal to manage the current fuel crisis.
The relevant proposal is as follows.

1. Suspend the use of cars and jeeps with an engine capacity of more than 2,000 CC.
2. Short-distance buses should be introduced.
3. The bicycle should be popularized for short distance running.
4. Come to the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
5. Conducting three days of schooling for school education and conducting educational activities through ZOOM application for the other two days.
6. Transfer of all public servants to offices near their homes.
7. All private institutions hold meetings through zoom or other online platforms.
8. Introduce flexible working hours similar to other nations to reduce traffic congestion.
9. Introduce a program to promote cycling
10. Provide opportunities for children who are unable to attend school to attend class through Zoom or online platforms.
