Government and private schools are scheduled to open again from tomorrow (25).
In the meantime, it is reported that it has been decided to hold schools in the Southern Province for 5 days a week starting from tomorrow until the 29th.
Southern Provincial Education Minister Mr. Yang Ranjith Yapa stated that this decision has been taken in a way that does not apply to principals, assistant principals, teachers and educational staff who have difficulty coming to schools.
However, due to the decision to implement this process, the existing fuel crisis resulted in schools running only 03 days a week.
