It is reported that when the Committee of the Oversight Committee on Children, Women and Gender met in the Parliament today, the position of Chairperson of the Committee was given to the member.
This committee is under the Ministry of Women, Child Affairs and Social Empowerment and it has been stated that the chairman of this committee has the authority to convene the institutions under the ministry, such as Probation and Child Insurance, Child Protection, Mullamawia Development Secretariat.
