“We were in negative reserves. Not really. Now we have 3.6 billion dollars in reserves. Especially this is the amount of agreements we have reached with the International Monetary Fund and we have reached those goals. In the meantime, we have to use reserves. Sometimes the value of the rupee It may increase. Especially if we say that we are not paying the debt now, it is only the foreign bilateral debt. The others are being paid. In those cases, we have to manage our reserves in different ways. We don’t have to worry about it. We have to look at where we were and where we are today. We should think about that.”
