It is reported that the local residents have said that white smoke is coming from the sky of Homagama Industrial Park.
They say that they smell like chlorine and it makes it difficult to breathe.
They also say that they have come to know that the situation has arisen from the factory that caught fire a few months ago.
They further said that the police was informed about this through the 119 phone number.
