Police say that 963 suspects were arrested in the past 24 hours that ended today (19) morning under the island-wide Justice Operation.
It includes 638 suspects related to drug offenses and 325 suspects who were on the list referred to criminal departments.
In addition, the following quantities of drugs have also been taken into police custody.

24,083 pills
Out of the 638 suspects arrested in connection with drug offences, 10 suspects are being further investigated on detention orders.
08 drug addicts have been referred for rehabilitation.
25 suspects who were on the list of Police Narcotics Bureau and Police Special Bureau were also arrested there.
The police further say that among the 325 arrested suspects on the list referred to the criminal division, there are 66 suspects who had open warrants related to drug offenses and 228 open warrants related to non-drug offenses.
20 suspects who have been identified and arrested through fingerprints and 11 suspects wanted for crimes have also been arrested in these operations.
