It is reported that a mother and daughter who resided on Viharawatta Road, Pathiragoda, Maharagama, have gone missing.
It is said that a 23-year-old mother and a three-year-old daughter are missing.
When the husband returned home after work, the concerned woman and daughter were not at home, so no information about it has been revealed and later the incident was reported to the police.
The Maharagama Police is conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
