It is reported that the Negombo Magistrate’s Court has ordered the remand of the three suspects as they accused and threatened a doctor and a police officer as well as a staff member of the hospital because they were late in treating a patient who was brought to Negombo Hospital for treatment.
It is reported that these three suspects have caused damage to the hospital’s property worth about 2 lakhs and have been ordered to be remanded until the 28th. These suspects are said to be residents of Dagonna and Katuwellegama areas.
