All volumes, including the final report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry appointed to investigate the Easter Sunday attack, have been submitted to Parliament.
Director General of Presidential Law Hariguptha Rohanadheera today (22) handed over the 88-volume report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena in Parliament.
The final report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Easter Sunday attack on 23 February 2021 was submitted to Parliament, but for legal reasons no relevant evidence has been found so far.
However, as per the instructions of President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa today (22), the findings of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry should be communicated to the public and the relevant files have been handed over to Parliament by the Members of Parliament for further reference.
