The Cabinet has decided that the distribution of fuel from last night (27) will be for essential services only.
But police stations, security forces and filling stations have not yet been made aware of what these essential services are.
So far, large lists have been compiled by various agencies and handed over to the OICs. Even city vegetable vendors have made similar demands.
By not naming the institutions, the police have not been able to carry out their duties properly. However, you can still see people waiting at most petrol stations across the country until they have refueled their vehicles.
