The “One Lakh Work from the Budget” Rural Development Program is scheduled to commence from today (03).
The program is reportedly planned to be launched islandwide by the Presidential Task Force on Economic Recovery and Poverty Alleviation.
Funds for the program will be provided by the Presidential Task Force on Economic Rehabilitation and Poverty Alleviation, which will be implemented in all Divisional Secretariats.
The goal of the Grameen Development Program, “100,000 Work from the Budget”, is to increase production and increase revenue in order to overcome economic challenges.
