The value of the tax money spent on the retirement of presidents elected from time to time by the suffering people themselves has been recorded. Right now, lakhs of public tax money is spent on Mr. and Mrs. Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, who fled the country along with Chandrika, Mahinda, Maithri and Lady Ranasinghe Premadasa. Various reports indicate that the Treasury reports reveal that the amount estimated by the budget for the year 2023 is 844.6 lakh rupees.

Accordingly, 156.7 lakh rupees for Mrs. Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga, 231.7 lakh rupees for Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa, 231.7 lakh rupees for Mr. Maithripala Sirisena, 141.7 lakh rupees for Mr. Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, late President R. It is reported that the budget shows an estimate of 82.8 lakh rupees for Mr. Premadasa’s wife, Mrs. Hema Premadasa.

It is said that the estimated amount for their official houses and vehicles for the year 2023 is 420 lakhs, of which the estimated amount for their vehicles is 370 lakhs, and in 2022, the amount spent on vehicles is 68 lakhs. Accordingly, for the year 2023, an additional 302 lakh rupees will be spent on vehicles.

The estimated amount for other allowances of the presidents is 370 lakhs, and 243 lakhs was spent for it in the year 2022. Accordingly, the amount has increased by 127 lakhs for the year 2023.

Ms. Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga Retirement Allowance is Rupees Eleven Lakhs and Seventy Thousand. (Rs.1,170,000) Other allowances for the year 2023 are Rs.35 lakhs. The amount entitled in 2022 is 30 lakhs. 10 lakhs for maintenance of quarters. This amount had been spent in 2022 as well. The estimated amount for the year 2023 for vehicles is Rs.100 lakhs. 20 lakh rupees had been spent in 2022.

The retirement allowance of Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa is 11 lakh seventy thousand rupees. (Rs.1,170,000) 110 lakhs for other allowances. The amount spent for that in 2022 is 100 lakh rupees. 100 lakhs for the year 2023 for vehicles. 20 lakhs was reserved for the year 2022.

The retirement allowance of Mr. Maithripala Sirisena is Rupees Eleven Lakhs and Seventy Thousand. (Rs.1,170,000) Other Allowances Rs.110 Lakhs. The amount spent for the year 2022 is 100 lakh rupees. 100 lakhs for the year 2023 for vehicles. 20 lakhs had been reserved for the year 2022.

Mr. Gotabhaya Rajapaksa’s retirement allowance is one hundred and seventy thousand rupees. (Rs.1,170,000) Other Allowances Rs.100 Lakhs. 20 lakhs for vehicles.

Mrs. Hema Premadasa’s retirement allowance is seven lakh eighty thousand rupees. (Rs.780,000) Other allowances for the year 2023 are Rs.15 lakhs. In the year 2022, 13 lakh rupees had been allocated.

In the year 2022, 08 lakh rupees had been spent for it, but the estimated amount for the year 2023 is 50 lakh rupees.
