It is reported that a 16-year-old child drowned among a group of people who had gone fishing in Nemige lake yesterday (07).
The deceased child, along with several others, had gone fishing in Nemi’s lake when he saw one of them drowning and drowned while trying to save him.
A 16-year-old resident of Pollebedda, Mahavel village has lost his life.
It is reported that the Mahaoya Police is conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
