It is reported that Sri Lanka is trying to get a loan from the Asian Development Bank for the development of the highways that have been started and the development work has not been completed.
Accordingly, it is stated that Sri Lanka has prepared arrangements to receive the loan amount under the second integrated road investment program.
The entire project is estimated to cost 68.5 million dollars, of which 8.5 million dollars is to be borne by the Sri Lankan government.
It is also reported that the related agreement has been signed today (28).
