It is reported that a male suspect and three female suspects were arrested yesterday (06) after raiding a brothel under the guise of a massage center in Peliyagoda – 06 Kanwanwa Junction area in accordance with a search warrant obtained from the court by the officers of the Western Province Northern Crime Division.
The arrested suspect is a 25-year-old resident of Durutalawa and the suspects are 30, 31 and 38 years old residents of Nuwara Eliya, Marawila and Pirimathalawa.
The suspects are scheduled to appear before the Magistrate’s Court No. 05 in Aluthkade today (07).
Further investigations regarding the incident are being carried out by the Western Province North Crime Division.
