It is reported that two farmers residing in Galgamuwa, Meegalawa area have given Agbo for food about an acre of paddy fields belonging to them.
These two farmers named S.G. Sudarshana and T.M. Gunaratne Banda.
Agbo the elephant used to go down to the rice fields secretly or by force in spite of the elephant shots and eat the crops. But these farmers believe that the anxiety or desire caused by not being able to go to the fields at this time when Agbo the elephant is sick will be relieved due to this donation.
