Employed women between the ages of 45 and 65 have a higher risk of cancer
It is reported that Dr. Ishani Fernando, director of the National Cancer Control Program, made the announcement at a press conference held at the Health Promotion Bureau for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
They point out that this situation has arisen due to the fact that working women are at a very low level for testing.
It is also stated that 26% of the reported cancer patients are breast cancer patients.
