The Matara Disaster Management Unit has issued a special notice to the students appearing for this year’s scholarship examination who have been affected by the bad weather.
Accordingly, it is reported that the children and examination staff of that area have been informed to inform them before the 14th of this month if they have difficulty traveling to the examination centers due to the prevailing weather conditions.
In this regard, they have further mentioned to inform the Matara Disaster Management Unit through 0412 234 134 or hotline number 117.
