In the coming week, a special delegation of the World Bank is going to visit the island and it is reported that during this visit, the World Bank delegation will meet the health authorities and other policy makers of the country and hold a discussion.
Dr. Jayasundara Bandara, Project Director of Primary Health Services, has stated that the group will be visiting Sri Lanka with the aim of examining whether World Bank support should continue to be given to Sri Lanka’s health services.
